Good questions
How is my price worked out?
From the space your items take up, plus transport and boxes if you choose them. You see the full breakdown before you accept.
Can I change my return date later?
Yes. Tell us your new date and the difference is calculated automatically. Your original storage rate stays the same.
What if I have more than I declared?
Our driver counts everything at collection. If there is more than you declared, the extra is charged at the same rates.
How do I pay?
By card or instant EFT through our payment partner, or by manual EFT with our bank details and your reference. After that, storage is billed monthly and we email you before each invoice is due.
What if something is damaged or missing?
Tell us and we log a claim with photos. You can follow it on your dashboard and we email you when it is decided.
Do I need to set a return date now?
No. Without one, storage is billed monthly until you give us a return date.
